Location is really perfect. On a quiet enough backstreet but so close to all the action and amazing nearby food. The staff are extremely helpful and nice, and speak great English. Great recommendations for food and activities. Very comfortable room.

I recently stayed at Hotel La Beaute Boutique in Hanoi and had an exceptional experience. The hotel’s charm and elegance were matched only by the outstanding service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to My Lee and Autumn, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the moment I arrived, My Lee was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering helpful tips about local attractions and dining options. Her warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Autumn was equally impressive, always available to assist with any requests and providing excellent service with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or offering insights into the city’s hidden gems, Autumn’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and a cozy ambiance. The central location made it easy to explore Hanoi’s vibrant Old Quarter. Overall, my stay at Hotel La Beaute Boutique was delightful, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and look forward to returning in the future.

- great location in town, located directly in the middle of the old town (but this can be difficult if you want to go there by car, the streets are closed on weekends after 7pm until around 11pm) - nice and really clean rooms - great value for money - really quiet rooms

Bed was comfy. Aircon was good. Staff (i.e. Ms. Mylee) were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They packed our breakfast much earlier as we had an early morning bus to catch to Sapa. Staff also went the extra mile to decorate the room as I informed them I was celebrating my anniversary.

The hotel had a beautiful design and charming atmosphere. However, the most notable thing about the hotel was the staff who were always there to help with any questions. Especially Miss My Lee, who proactively took care of organising everything for us, so we could just relax and enjoy our holiday.

The room, the service the location all works well for us. High appreciation to Ms Autumn whom received us at arrival and helped us during check out too. So helpful and goes extra miles to assist us whenever asked.

Location and how friendly the staff were. Clara was exceptional, helping with all our needs and booking trips/taxis etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and if you need/want anything, Clara is the person to contact.

Great hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms and in the center. I especially want to mention Niki! A very kind girl who will advise where to go and help with checkin tickets. She is very humane and positive. Nicky, you're great. I'll definitely come back when I'm will be in Hanoi. It’s a pity I didn’t take Instagram from Nika, I want to watch such positive people)
